Fall is one of the best times of year to visit The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel. Not only is the weather balmy and inviting – with average temperatures between 85 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit – but also there are plenty of one-of-a-kind special events to intrigue visitors. And this year, there’s even more reason to visit in the fall during the destination’s first annual Islands FallFest.
This 75-day celebration, from September 2 through November 15, 2008, spotlights The Beaches of Fort Myers & Sanibel’s many unique events with special vacation deals and offers. Visitors can stay an extra night free at many properties or benefit from significant discounts off room rates. They also can take advantage of buy-one, get-one-free offers from participating area attractions.
